What Happens If You Eat 4 Almonds Every Day



I find food and its effects on the body fascinating. More than just an 
antidote to hunger, food articles such as this open our eyes to many 
more of the benefits (and potential dangers) of eating everyday items. 
Small changes can have a massive effect if done consistently, and the
mantra 'healthy mind healthy body' is possible without having to be a fanatic,
just be committed and a more comfortable lifestyle can be achieved.
