Some interesting 'facts' here. Trouble is whenever I am confronted by these so called gurus I cannot help but recall the words 'for every expert there's an equal and opposite expert' so ultimately you pretty much eat/drink what you like as long as you don't overdo it (and it is varied), My current weight loss routine involves expending more calories than I take in, i.e. brisk walking or cycling and low calorie (delicious) meals. There are plenty of them about.
It ain't rocket science.
